Viscometric and Thermodynamic Studies of D-Galactose and D-Maltose in Sodium Sulfide Solution (0.25M) at Different Temperatures

چکیده

Densities ρ and Viscosities ŋ of D-Galactose D-Maltose (0.05-0.4)M in aqueous solution (0.25) M Na2S at 298.15, 303.15 308.15K have been measured. From these experimental data, apparent molal Volume Limiting Apparent Molal ( ) ,The slope , Jones-Dole coefficient A B, The free energy activation viscous flow (ΔG*), enthalpies (ΔH*) Entropies (ΔS*) were calculated, values compatible with the weak solute-solute interaction while B came positive high,which indicating strength reciprocal type solute-solvent. This serves to strengthen structure solvent. due hydrophobic hydration hydrogen bonding between solute water sodium sulfide molecules on other hand rearranges toward formation a local cage like (clathrates) surrounding each molecule
